Lindsey Wixson @ W Magazine August 2011

Tengo la terrible costumbre de comprar grandes cantidades de revistas de moda cuando en realidad no tengo el tiempo de sentarme a leerlas, pero siendo honestos, las revistas de moda son el must-have de cada mes. Básicamente lo que hago es ir guardándolas hasta que lleguen mis vacaciones. Vogue es el primer título que siempre trato de conseguir; ayer, a medianoche, estaba leyendo la edición de Noviembre de Vogue Latinoamérica y me encontré con esta increíble, jaw-dropping, hermosamente desprolija y con estilo neo-pseudo-gótico foto de Lindsey Wixson. Mi modelo favorita rockeando un alborotado corte bob, llevando mi colección F/W ready-to-wear favorita (Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci) y con mi estilo de vestir favorito. Mis sueño de fotografía editorial hecho realidad. El estilismo me recordó a Alice Glass de Crystal Castles y  primeramente estuvo en W Magazine en Agosto 2011 bajo el nombre de "Scene on the Street". Perfección.

I have the terrible habit of buying lots of fashion magazines when I never have the time to actually sit down and read them, but let's be honest, fashion magazines are the month-to-month must-have. So what I basically do after my every-month-buy-a-new-magazine-palooza festival, is saving them for later and reading them on my vacations. Vogue is the first title I always want to find, last night, at midnight, I was going through the November issue of Vogue Latinamerica and I found this amazing, jaw-dropping, beautifully messy and neo-pseudo-gothic stylized photo of Lindsey Wixson. My favorite model rocking-out a messed-up bob haircut with my favorite F/W 2011 ready-to-wear collection (Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci) and my favorite style of clothing. My fashion-editorial-dream came true. The styling of the photo reminded me a little to Alice Glass, from Crystal Castles and it was released from the first time in W Mag on August 2011 under the name "Scene on the Street". Flawless.
